Growth hormone axis

Also known as Modified GRF 1-29, Mod GRF 1-29, Sermorelin analogue

A short-acting GHRH analogue. Often paired with a ghrelin agonist.

How it works

A modified fragment of GHRH, with four amino acid substitutions that resist enzymatic breakdown. Without the drug affinity complex it does not bind albumin, so it produces a single sharp growth hormone pulse rather than sustained elevation.
