HGH Fragment 176-191
MetabolicAlso known as hGH 176-191
The literal C-terminal fragment of growth hormone. Distinct from AOD-9604.
Read this first
This is not the same molecule as AOD-9604, despite constant cross-labelling. AOD-9604 has a tyrosine at the first position where this peptide has phenylalanine. All human data belongs to AOD-9604; native 176-191 has none. WADA lists the two separately, and a vial labelled one way may contain the other.
How it works
A 16-residue fragment of human growth hormone beginning with phenylalanine, cyclised through a disulfide bond. A lipolytic effect independent of the growth hormone receptor is claimed but no receptor target has been identified.
