BPC-157 and TB-500 together, usually in equal parts.

Ratios vary by vendor, 1:1 is most common at 5/5, 10/10 or 15/15 mg, but a 1:2 version exists. Check the specific vial. Note also that pre-blending forces both peptides onto the same schedule, which contradicts the usual separate-vial convention of BPC-157 daily and TB-500 once or twice weekly.
